Ten residents were evacuated as emergency services worked to contain the blaze and assess the damage, which included partially destroyed balconies on two floors. This incident occurred amidst an air raid warning in Kyiv and northern Ukraine.

Among the 38 injured, nine are children. The attack damaged two high-rise buildings, twelve commercial premises, and destroyed seven cars. Zaporizhzhia Oblast declared a day of mourning on June 30 to honor the victims.
