"Medics are fighting for the lives of four patients – two women and two men, who are in serious condition," said Oleg Sinegubov, the head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration.

So far, two deaths have been reported.

"The Russian army hit the city with four UMPB D30-SN munitions. According to preliminary data, the strikes were launched from a location in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. Three munitions struck an enterprise in the Kholodnohirsky district of Kharkiv. One hit a five-story residential building in the Osnovyan district of the city," reported the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Prosecutors and police investigators are on the scene to document the incident as a war crime. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, addressing violations of the laws and customs of war.
